Doesn't accept anything else than mp3 files, too. 3.5\/10. This is a bad game. The controls are not good. When you crouch the crosshair goes up and away from the thing I was trying to look at. The shooting is not fun and feels it it goes against platformering to music. Speaking of which, for a music generated game I cannot feel the music having any sort of impact. There is no build up just seemely random walls with holes in them. It does not help that it asks me to perform high jumps while only giving me an medium jump. You can run on walls but it is disorienting as there is nothing visual on the wall pass about your knee height. Even moving the crosshair on its own feels weird and disorienting.. This game is the best 1-2$ you can spend.I would honesty make you pay more for the fun you get in here if I could. I would love to seethis game get a huge fanbase. The 3 starter songs are addicting and I could play it on and onfor hours. 10/10.. It is a very good dame but the sensitivity is way to high for me, i even put it on minimum sensitivity.Still, very good. Please put in a invert mouse option!!! I have a soft spot for games that let you add your own music, but this game didn’t do it for me. While the mechanics and controls are mostly spot on, the ones that aren’t spot on ruin the game for me. I am mainly talking about the shooting mechanic. I have no clue why the fire rate is inconsistent, but I guess it’s because the game wants to implement as many rhythm mechanics as possible, but out of all the ideas for gameplay elements based on rhythm, why is one of the things they thought of was the firing rate? It gets especially grating with the glass wall game mechanic where most of my deaths come from hitting a glass wall because my gun wouldn’t shoot.One other mechanic I greatly dislike is the difficulty. The game favors short songs while making long songs greatly difficult to go through. The player is given an option of one to five lives no matter what the song is. While going through a one minute song with five lives seems fair, going through a five to ten-minute song is a nightmare since there is a much greater chance the player will fail. And if the player fails, they have to start all over again or choose to continue without increasing the round’s score.Overall, while the game has decent controls and excellent graphics, there are some elements of the game that greatly influence my opinion enough to not recommend it. If you plan to buy this, there are better music player games worth your money.. This is one of those games that have great ideas but poor execution and I wouldn't recommend this game to anyone until they fix it. This game is pretty much audiosurf (yes, custom music) but an fps, except there are more controls and is wonky as hell. Controls are unresponsive and glitchy. Holding space while jumping off the wall causes some sort of stroke, it just feels off. Lives pretty much are useless considering that the game almost always spawns you so close to a wall that you can't dodge it. One other thing that bugged me was that using the exit button causes the game to stop responding/crash instead of cleanly closing (although this could be a Unity thing). The only upside of this is the custom music import feature and graphics. You can choose from a couple of different themes which include v a p o u r w a v e and a nice looking visualiser in the background.tl;dr: Bad controls but good visuals
